Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Visual Creative Specialist to contribute to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience in visual design and be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

The successful candidate will work on designing various graphics, including posters, flyers, slides, and presentations. They will also be responsible for conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, preparing rough drafts, and presenting ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine design briefs and assess project requirements
  • Manage project schedules and define the work pipeline
  • Conceptualize visuals based on specifications
  • Develop initial designs and present concepts
  • Create illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
  • Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Collaborate with the creative lead and marketing team to produce final designs
  • Test graphics across multiple platforms
  • Amend designs after receiving feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design and create visually appealing graphics for projects
  • Develop a design plan, concept, and layout for visual design projects
  • Work closely with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives
  • Assist in selecting design elements, colors, animation, etc. for visual design
  • Collaborate with designers to resolve technical and design issues
  • Research and analyze best practices for creating innovative designs
  • Support in designing and creating storyboards
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives
  • Maintain best practices for file naming and organization
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design techniques
  • Ensure compliance with design standards and guidelines
