Job Title: Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through innovative and visually appealing graphics.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our marketing team.

  • Work on various projects, including illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogues & booklets, banners, posters & billboards.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
  • Design and manage all in-house magazines & newspaper ads.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, such as backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboards, posters, and other graphics.
  • Video editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers' needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.

• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

• Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.
