Visual Storyteller Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a Visual Storyteller, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative visual content that enhances the learning experience for our users.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. They will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing and informative graphics, videos, and other visual content for educational purposes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all graphics meet company standards.
  • Manage the workflow and assign tasks to team members, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
