Lead Agile Software Development Projects

You will be responsible for managing and leading agile software development projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products that meet client expectations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring sprint ceremonies are conducted according to Agile methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment by motivating agile development teams.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Address issues impacting project timelines or quality proactively.
  • Cultivate open communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to establish and implement quality standards and processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams. Implement Agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
