We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Business Analyst to facilitate Agile project management, business requirements gathering, and data analysis in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative team environment and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to promote effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and track team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to measure progress and inform stakeholders.
Affiliated Business Duties

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure accurate requirement delivery.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Optional but desirable - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is highly beneficial.
