Senior Project Coordinator

Support Agile software development projects by facilitating collaboration between cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders.

Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, sprint review notes, and retrospectives.

Track sprint progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain sprint velocity and delivery timelines.

This role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in coordinating and managing projects in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum or Kanban teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project documentation.
  • Managing and tracking sprint progress.
