Program Management Expert

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of software engineering projects and programs. You will partner with engineering, product, and internal business teams to ensure understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

  • Define and manage the scope, goals, and roadmap of software programs.
  • Lead program-level planning and prioritization in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members.
  • Facilitate milestone planning and progress tracking.
  • Ensure cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project and program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Promote delivery excellence through adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and internal processes.

The Essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
