Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to drive business growth, manage stakeholders, and maintain a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive client key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business success and satisfaction
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to build strong partnerships and collaborations
  • Maintain low attrition and shrinkage of the team through effective performance management and development
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own
  • Deal with schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing challenges
  • Filling in for absent employees as needed to ensure seamless operation
  • Act as a role model for all employees by exhibiting high service standards and attention to detail
  • Delegate tasks to employees and keep day-to-day activities organized and efficient
  • Recruit and interview new hires to ensure the best fit for the team
  • Supervise employees and provide training and coaching as needed to improve performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and analytics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
  • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Decision-making skills to make informed decisions that drive business results
  • Graduate degree in any field or equivalent experience
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your work to deliver high-quality results
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges
