Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

We are an integrated software platform that helps businesses manage private company equity by streamlining processes through automation, accounting, sharing, and compliance tools built into our system.

Our platform also provides valuation services for founders to find their valuation for fundraising and ESOP issuance.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users and creating instructions for internal use on our software system.

High-performing candidates will have opportunities to expand their role and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing detailed guides on software features for clients
  • Creating comprehensive instruction manuals for internal use
  • Designing and implementing internal and external support resources
  • Assisting in the preparation of details for developing new features
  • Liaising with different teams concerning product development or project details
  • Handling ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration
  • 1 year of software/product-related experience (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent report writing and research skills
  • Interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Independence, self-motivation, responsibility, and diligence
  • Passion for software products and researching newest technology
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Remote work capabilities and ability to set own deadlines
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
