Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning business and IT.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of project management experience with strong leadership and communication skills.

Exposure to SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an asset, but not mandatory.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for a variety of business and IT initiatives.
  • Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
