Job Title:

Enterprise Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our organization’s digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process and architecture, with expertise in cross-domain knowledge and core functions like HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and communicating a comprehensive Business Architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Driving and governing the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.

Requirements:

  • Evaluating and selecting technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Ensuring compliance to various regulatory requirements and certifications.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in any EAM Tool and EA certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
