Finance Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated financial manager to lead our finance team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team, including identifying key compliance requirements and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting on audit, risk, and finance-related issues to senior management.
- Draft financial reports and ensure accurate maintenance of accounts systems and supporting records.
- Oversee processing and recording of transactions, manage payments, administer invoices and expenses claims, and code items to agreed budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations, and tax regulations in India.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
