Senior Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Documentation Specialist to create and maintain high-quality product documentation in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical writing within these fields and be proficient in developing and maintaining DITA/Oxygen tool knowledge for seamless document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive technical documents, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input on product features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in networking/telecommunications/contact center domain.
  • DITA/Oxygen tool knowledge and educational background in computer science.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
