We are seeking a skilled Specialist Systems Engineer to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment
- Knowledge of Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, IBM Connect Direct, Unix/Linux, business process creation and maintenance, protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, Pesit
- Skills in certificate renewals, disaster recovery for applications, automation, project management, cost control, optimization
- Effective management of Messaging & File Transfer services, flexible handling of weekend activities
- Good understanding of incident, change, request, and release management, vulnerability management, asset, license, and capacity management
- Desirable skills: ITIL V3 knowledge, Agile Certifications, Shell Scripting
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure related field
- Engineering graduate / MCA / Computer Science Graduate or PG
