About this Role

This is an opportunity to join our SRE & Network Engineer team in a compliance-driven organization, focusing on secure design, deployment, automation, and monitoring of traditional and cloud network infrastructure.

  • We require professionals with expertise in designing, deploying, automating, and monitoring network infrastructure with a strong focus on security and audit readiness.
  • The ideal candidate will implement compliance automation and audits using tools like Ansible, Python, Bash, and IAC (Terraform, Crossplane).
  • The selected individual will manage OS upgrades, routing changes, ACL/firewall updates while ensuring change control processes meet compliance requirements.
  • Oversight of firewall and security operations, including rule reviews, vulnerability mitigation, and audit preparation, is crucial.
  • Securely managing network resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP, integrating security best practices and compliance controls, is essential.
  • Responding to security/network incidents, performing traffic/port scans, documenting findings, and leading post-mortems to reduce risks and maintain audit trails is vital.
  • Collaboration with vendors, workplace, compliance, and development teams to deliver reliable, compliant infrastructure is required.
  • Implementing advanced monitoring and SIEM tooling to achieve real-time visibility into network and cloud health is necessary.
  • Contributing to infrastructure strategy with advancing automation, proactive defense, disaster recovery, and regulatory alignment is key.
