Investment Banking Analyst Role

This role involves working in the investment banking team to execute transactions and provide financial advisory services. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial analysis and valuation models to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes and communications with deal team members.
  • Perform industry and market research, and company analysis within the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials and presentations for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
