Technical Program Manager: Strategic Initiative Coordination

We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to coordinate and track strategic initiatives across Security and Product Security. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain visibility, streamline collaboration, and support reporting needs for senior and executive leadership.

This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive about follow-ups and alignment, and has a strong foundation in managing technical programs involving engineering, infrastructure, or security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Track execution of security initiatives across product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain program timelines, status trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Coordinate deliverables and follow-ups across teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage execution and follow-ups across multiple technical workstreams.
  • Experience working with or around product, engineering, infrastructure, or security teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tracking and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel).
