About the Role

Job Summary:

We seek dynamic coordinators to support and strengthen our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha, promoting holistic growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes, guaranteeing quality standards.
  • Stakeholder engagement, including government departments, local authorities, and training partners, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Support for mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements, driving successful outcomes.
  • Center performance monitoring through regular visits and reporting, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Documentation, audits, and report submission to funding agencies, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Training and capacity building of field staff and trainers, enhancing their capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles, showcasing expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools, ensuring efficient workflow management.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape, leveraging local knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state, promoting adaptability.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc., highlighting transferable skills.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi, supporting cultural competence.
  • Self-driven individuals with ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines, demonstrating leadership qualities.
