Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities for complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities for rotary and static equipment.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, resource allocation plans, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in relevant industries (Oil & Gas, Refinery).
  • Strong mechanical background in Oil & Gas/Refinery.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Primavera.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and flexible shifts.
