Project Manager Opportunity

We seek a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple web application and CRM development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines and teams.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple web and CRM-related projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Plan and oversee project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Define project requirements, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the tech industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience working with SaaS platforms or product-based projects.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tool implementation.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
