Identity Governance Role

This is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the effective management of identity governance. The successful candidate will be tasked with onboard applications, interacting with owners to understand system integration and explaining the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required for integration.
  • Work with engineers to build integration according to governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Maintain accurate statuses for onboarded applications.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development as engineer or analyst.
  • Updated identity mapping and configured source and target applications for attributes.
  • Developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Administrating SailPoint-based Identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience in RBAC analysis and implementation.
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up remediation processes.
  • Developing or working with forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates.
  • Creating custom reports for specific and general purposes.
  • Creating rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Working on Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
