This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define the requirements, scope, and goals for the CRM system within our LOS ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analysis and Problem Solving
The successful candidate will analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance customer relationship management and marketing workflows. This requires a strong understanding of CRM functionalities, including lead management, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and reporting.
- User-Friendly Interfaces and Workflows
A key responsibility of this role is to design user-friendly interfaces and workflows for the CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with deposit account opening, LOS, and marketing platforms.
- Detailed Documentation
The individual will create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Strong documentation skills are essential to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Competitive Analysis
The candidate will conduct competitive analysis of CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to incorporate industry best practices and innovative features into the CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
