Business Intelligence Specialist

The role of a Business Intelligence Specialist is to analyze and interpret complex data from various sources, providing insights that inform business decisions.

Job Description:

This position requires the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying trends and patterns that can help drive business growth. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector with a focus on customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries. Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
