About Our Data Insights Role

This role is designed to transform raw data into actionable business insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

The position involves delivering accurate, timely reporting and providing analysis that informs key business decisions within the contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports, along with ad-hoc analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau, ensuring seamless data visualization and communication of insights.
  • Present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating a deeper understanding of business performance.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis, driving more effective resource allocation and strategy execution.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights, continuously enhancing business processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining stakeholder trust.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment, showcasing expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros, ensuring efficient data manipulation and analysis.
  • Display strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)/reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio, facilitating effective data visualization and communication.
  • Show a solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases, enabling seamless data extraction and analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, ensuring effective issue resolution and strategic recommendations.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management, maintaining high-quality work products and meeting deadlines.
  • Display strong communication and data storytelling abilities, effectively conveying complex data insights to diverse audiences.
