Job Title: Data Analyst-Python Specialist

Skill: Python programming, data analysis, review and processing. Ability to manage laboratory data with precision and accuracy.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Management and Python Programming is required.

Location: PAN India

Job Overview

  • Develop comprehensive clinical lab data expertise as part of a team to create Laboratory Data Management tasks for awarded studies and meet client data reporting needs. May be required to support the development of new systems and processes related to electronic data transfer or configuration of business rules in study information systems.

Key Responsibilities


• Independently perform Python programming activities pertaining to ongoing study requirements or ad-hoc projects in the department.

  • • Create and/or review all appropriate data management documents.
  • • Develop good communications and working relationships with LDM team members and serve as back-up for other Data Team Leads.
  • • Interact with internal and external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities.
  • • Train junior staff in DM expertise and ensure service and quality meet agreed upon timelines and deliverables.
  • • Record evidence of the data transmission process from data file definition to closure of study.
  • • Ensure that all specification and design documentation are filed and stored according to company policy.
  • • Address customer queries timely and effectively.
  • • Manage project delivery through full data management study life-cycle, from setup to lock.
  • • Identify and resolve service level issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate laboratory risk.
  • • Work with customers, scientific team, data managers and internal team members to manage issue escalation and workload projections.
  • • Perform comprehensive quality control and edit check procedures.
  • • Support service delivery with technical expertise in executing projects which includes identifying and resolving issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (B. E, B. Tech, B. Pharm)
