Job Title: Financial Manager for IT Exports

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager with 4-6 years of proven accounting experience in IT/ITES or software export companies.

The ideal candidate should have mandatory expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, international client invoicing and reconciliation, vendor invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.

  • Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments.
  • Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
  • Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping management using Zoho Books, including invoice tracking, vendor bill processing, and expense recording.
  • International client export invoicing and bank reconciliation within Zoho Books.
  • Accurate financial reporting through accrual tracking and adjustment management.
  • Compliance management for TDS, GST, and Softex regulations.
  • Audit-ready documentation for month-end and year-end closures.
Requirements

To succeed as our Financial Manager for IT Exports, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience.
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.
