Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Executive Business Solutions Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality business solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and translating them into functional specifications.

The role involves conducting thorough analysis of systems, processes, and data to propose innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and document business and system requirements, develop use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.

The selected individual will work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with best practices. This includes assessing risks and constraints associated with proposed solutions, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, tracking project progress, managing dependencies, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

The Executive Business Solutions Specialist will also be responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives, proposing and implementing enhancements to business processes and systems, and resolving queries from stakeholders and technical teams.
