About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives. This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation structures that reflect market trends and support business growth.
  • Analyze data to inform compensation decisions and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance on benefits policies and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
