Process Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our team. As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating process-related activities across various departments.

  • You will have expertise in XML, HTML, Python, and VBA Macros, with hands-on experience in B2B Integration Knowledge, including end-to-end understanding of customer onboarding processes and deployment.
  • Additionally, you will possess strong knowledge of e-procurement platforms like SAP/Ariba/Oracle, excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), and the ability to coordinate independently with clients via conference calls and emails.
  • You will also have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with webMethods and PowerBI.
  • Your responsibilities will include weekly reporting dashboards, preparing decks for leadership/QBRs, and other tasks related to process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate process-related activities across various departments.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform process decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports to leadership on process performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in process management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Expertise in XML, HTML, Python, and VBA Macros.
  • Strong knowledge of e-procurement platforms like SAP/Ariba/Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
