Job Title: Senior Product Curator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business performance by developing and implementing a product strategy that meets customer needs and market trends.
  • Plan assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with business acumen and negotiation expertise. They should also have an understanding of the retail landscape.

Role Overview:

The Senior Product Curator will oversee the selection, promotion, and replenishment of products across stores and channels. This includes designing the product assortment, ensuring the right product mix is available, and driving margin improvement through effective sourcing and cost negotiations.

Buying & Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate and onboard vendors/suppliers for the product category.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and innovation in product range.

Merchandising & Assortment:

  • Develop and implement a merchandising strategy that aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Ensure the right product mix is available across stores and channels.

Financial & Business Management:

  • Owning the P&L of the product category.
  • Drive margin improvement through effective sourcing and cost negotiations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Supply Chain Management for demand planning and replenishment.
  • Partner with Marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with business acumen.
  • Negotiation and vendor management expertise.
  • Understanding of the retail landscape.
