Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality research output and product-ready solutions in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.

Research & Development:

  • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  • Translate business/clinical/industrial needs into AI-based solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product, hardware).
  • Present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications/patent filings.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.
