We seek an individual who has experience leading flexible workspaces, managing stores, or running restaurants. Key skills include customer focus, commercial results, and daily problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the founder to drive priorities forward, turning ideas into structured projects with clear outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with teams across sales, operations, marketing, and events to ensure seamless execution and zero drop-offs.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Serve as a trusted point of contact for key prospects, clients, and partners, ensuring conversations lead to lasting relationships.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track outcomes, measure impact, and prepare concise reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Project Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of specific initiatives, whether it's a new growth experiment, customer success project, or strategic partnership.
  • Quality & Standards: Continuously audit and raise the bar on customer experience, service delivery, and internal processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A track record of delivering results in customer-facing or operationally heavy roles.
  • Strong commercial instincts, comfortable discussing revenue, costs, and ROI.
  • Structured problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to cut through noise and identify key signals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including writing sharp documents and leading client conversations.
  • Agility: ability to switch between strategy and execution seamlessly.
  • Curiosity and hunger to learn across various domains.
