In an ever-evolving world where connectivity is key, we are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Base Station Antenna R&D team in Goa. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the varying needs of our Base Station Antenna factory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and selecting standard engineering techniques to create new designs and modifications
  • Conducting feasibility studies and tests to troubleshoot manufacturing problems
  • Supporting product development and process improvement projects
  • Developing and maintaining project scope and tracking activity during the project cycle
  • Diving deep into DFMA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly) concepts
  • Reviewing manufacturing capability internally and externally and recommending process improvements
  • Evaluating and distributing best practices to global manufacturing sites
