Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Garment Specialist to interpret AI-generated clothing visuals into production-ready garment specifications.

  • Interpret AI-generated fashion designs into detailed tech packs with accurate measurements and construction guidelines, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams.
  • Develop specification sheets covering sizing, fabric type, seam construction, trims, and finishing techniques for effective manufacturing.
  • Work closely with pattern makers, production, and design teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of garments.
  • Establish quality control checkpoints across sampling and production stages to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections for measurements, workmanship, and finish during pre-production and post-production reviews.
  • Audit in-housed fabrics and trims; approve only materials meeting quality standards for consistency.
  • Set clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction techniques across garments for optimal efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in garment tech or production development in a fashion house or boutique is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical expertise in fit, finishing, and fabric behavior is essential for success.
  • Prior experience working with Western wear or made-to-measure garments is crucial for this role.
  • Proficiency in creating spec packs, sample reviews, and garment construction assessments is necessary.
  • An eye for detail, precision in communication, and commitment to quality craftsmanship are key qualities required.
