Job Title: Merchandise and Production Coordinator

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between designers and manufacturers, ensuring a seamless transition from design to sampling and bulk production.

About the Role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Sharing technical packs and design intent with vendors;
  • Coordinating all samples (proto, fit, PP, bulk) and approvals with design and ops;
  • Tracking raw materials (fabric, trims, labels, packaging) to prevent delays;
  • Maintaining production calendars aligned with drop launches;
  • Conducting quality checks during sampling and ensuring bulk matches approved samples;
  • Reporting weekly to the Creative Head and Head of Ops.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or production coordination;
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction;
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and dashboards;
  • Excellent communication skills with vendors and design team;
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive.
