We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Testing Specialist to lead our testing efforts.

  • Design and execute efficient end-to-end tests using a keyword-driven test automation framework.">
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize testing processes.">
  • Provide expertise on Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipeline management.">
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.">
  • Mentor junior team members in test automation best practices and techniques.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools and techniques.">
  • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new test automation tools and frameworks.">
  • Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.">
  • Document testing activities, including test results, defect reports, and process improvements.">

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

">

Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation, preferably in an Agile environment.

Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex test automation frameworks.

">

In-depth knowledge of Python, Robot Framework, and Jenkins.

">

Experience with Git, Jira, and other DevOps tools.

">

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

">

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

">

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

">

Certifications in test automation, such as CSTE or CTFL, are a plus.
