Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Test Automation Specialist, you will design, develop and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for architecting and implementing automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.
  • You will develop and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.
  • You will configure and schedule nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions.
  • You will analyze test results, triage failures and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
  • You will write clear, maintainable and reusable test code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • You will continuously improve test coverage, performance and reliability.
  • You will mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.

Key Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript with solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Experience building and maintaining test frameworks e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Jest.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, artifacts and test plans.
  • Working knowledge of AWS: provisioning, IAM and basic troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows feature branches, pull requests, code reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
