
Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to lead business growth and expansion through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Data & Analytics:
- Lead analysis of sales, marketing, and operations data.
- Create dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
- Partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
- Proactively identify insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
- Strategy and Execution:
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
- Develop mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
- Prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.
- Sales Enablement & Operations:
- Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
- Manage sales reporting & dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
- Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
- Project & Program Management:
- Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
- Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects (from ideation to results tracking).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
