**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in psychometric design and delivery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client requirements, developing content for simulation-based behavioral tools, and ensuring all content meets market standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

A. Client Management

You will work closely with our sales and consulting teams to understand client requirements, analyze job understanding, and competency mapping. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and executing client requirements from understanding their needs to delivering the end product
  • Ensuring full ownership of small to medium-sized client accounts
  • Managing the desired technical behavior of our platform pertaining to psychometric assessments

B. Content Development

You will independently develop content for simulation-based behavioral tools and ensure all content meets market standards. This includes:

  • Creating required content for reporting, including BARS, descriptors, and other relevant documentation
  • Developing new content as and when required, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

C. Quality Focus

As a quality-focused individual, you will ensure that all content developed meets the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. This includes:

  • Tracking content availability and managing SMEs for creation of new content
  • Ensuring all content is aligned with market requirements

**Requirements**
