Job Description

This role focuses on three core areas: Compliance, Quality, and Integrity. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and expertise on Publicis Media data governance standards;
  • Critical thinking to understand business challenges and provide solutions;
  • Able to prioritize tasks and multitask as needed;
  • Strong skills in process and project management, as well as training and support;

You will work closely with regional and local teams to ensure best practice is deployed on a client-by-client basis. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining consistent taxonomy and naming conventions within key platforms such as MediaTools, Campaign Framework, DMP, and activation platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with MS Excel, project management tools like Jira, and data visualization tools such as Datorama. Familiarity with various digital media technologies is a plus.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, autonomous, and strong critical thinker who can juggle multiple tasks and requests while building relationships with regional and local media teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
