The Email Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in our campaign management support department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end campaign execution, encompassing existing campaign management, new campaign setup, data selection, campaign rollout, and results analysis (Reports).

This position supports the Martech team, with responsibilities including:

  • Managing existing & new campaigns and customer targeting, as well as workflow setup on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Developing insights from complex data sets and effectively communicating those insights internally and to clients.
  • Using SQL queries to define target audiences for various campaigns.
  • Optimizing email campaigns across platforms and collaborating with the wider team to ensure optimal channel allocation.
  • Compiling performance reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and providing actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Unity CDP (Customer Data Platform) implementation for over 2 customers.
  • Experience in developing business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ and familiarity with dashboard reporting and insights.
  • Hands-on experience in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns using Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Expertise in writing complex queries, utilizing advanced PL/SQL concepts, and performance tuning.
  • High proficiency in Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
