Our organization is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to spearhead software product delivery engagements. This role is integral to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product delivery management and leadership for one or more software product delivery engagements.
  • Ensure timely delivery outcomes like quality, schedule, and cost for product(s).
  • Manage commercial aspects (specifically gross margins).
  • Oversee people engagement with direct reporting of PMs/Leads and next-level reporting of delivery teams; own succession planning for the product.
  • Establish and implement effective program management and delivery governance frameworks for the product.
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations with clear and timely communication and reporting.
  • Evaluate delivery health through periodic reviews and extend proactive support and intervention to reporting project managers/leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent additional professional experience.
  • 15-18 years of overall experience with 5+ years on experience in program or product management with large geographically distributed teams.
  • Extensive experience with Agile and/or SAFe practices with a strong desire to transform processes.
  • Good hands-on experience in Java & J2EE with exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies.
  • Very strong business communication negotiation and conflict management skills.
