We are a fintech startup that aims to revolutionize access to credit for underserved communities by connecting individual lenders and borrowers together, cutting out the need for an intermediary.

Our company has pioneered a model in India since 2008, using technology to provide timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. With a highly differentiated approach, we have recently pivoted into a Non-Banking Financial Company – Peer-to-Peer (NBFC-P2P).

As a small team with big ambitions, we are looking for talented individuals to join our mission-driven team. We seek an experienced People Leader to handle our Human Resources department and support our employees.

This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's culture and growth.

The role involves building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with best practices.

You will also guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices; manage development journeys for top talent; ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits; handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote employee engagement.
