Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) global users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the timely development of master data within LIMS with accuracy and precision.
  • Interface with multiple groups, independently perform tasks, interpret results, and troubleshoot.
  • Assist with training and provide LIMS support during routine quality control operations.

This position requires strong customer-facing skills, written, oral, and presentation experience, as well as the ability to break down technical concepts into business-facing language.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech, 4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated environment, and a strong understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques (e.g. HPLC)
  • Previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements
  • Experience with following systems: LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), eQMS, and document management
