Job Opportunity

This is a long-term contract role with one of the largest global technology leaders.

We seek a motivated and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to specialize in Collaboration Platforms. In this position, you will automate business processes, participate in technical design, and manage feature changes in collaboration applications.

The ideal candidate possesses solid technical expertise and strong collaboration skills. You will oversee administration and integration of collaboration platforms, working with internal and external partners to deliver efficient, secure, and practical solutions.

  • More than 5 years of technology support experience
  • Over 5 years of Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks experience
  • Experience with Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere and exhibit optimism in challenging situations
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components and offer succinct solutions
  • More than 4 years of Experience building efficiency workflows
  • Successful track record in multi-functional team projects
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes
  • Ensure system security and implement standards
  • Produce performance reports for senior management
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects
  • Configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance
  • Engage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers
