Senior Payroll Operations Specialist

The Assistant Manager will oversee payroll operations and compliance, ensuring timely fulfillment of payroll-related tasks, incentives, client invoicing, and analytical reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll operations and compliance accurately and on time for entities, subsidiaries, and clients.
- Payroll Master Data sanctity, both online and offline, audit data, and highlight inadequacies to stakeholders.
- Manage time-bound processes, validate data for accuracy and completeness, including investments declaration, Form 16s, and Tax Returns.
- Due diligence: Employee Benefits, Employee Reimbursements, Verification and Reconciliation of monthly payroll, Invoicing inputs, Payroll output, Time lines and schedule compliance, Report generation and sharing with stakeholders.
- Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries, preparation and submission of Quarterly and Annual returns, as applicable.
- Payroll & Invoicing Dashboards, MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits, Standardization of reports for better decision-making, Variance reports with justifications, and a 4-eye concept.
- Track and record compensation changes for employees, Final settlement closure as per process, Process improvement and automation opportunities, seamless and validated flow of data, inputs and output.
- Accurate and updated master data for all payroll, Incentives / rewards, policies etc., as applicable, Data security.
Ensure adherence to payroll and incentive/reward budgets, reduce costs, Zero penalties/late payment charges for payroll compliances, Functional inputs to F&A team for Book keeping, closing and compliances.
Collaboration and People Skills:Cross-functional teams, strong working relationships, Close coordination with teams ensuring adequate alignment, Clients: Strong bonds based upon trust and commitments, High customer satisfaction scores, internal and external.
