Our organization is seeking a seasoned Physical Design Lead to oversee the execution of our projects from conceptualization to implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • We require the individual to implement block-level physical design from RTL to GDSII or netlist to GDSII, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring block-level physical signoff and timing signoff with ECO generation, guaranteeing seamless project progression.
  • Leadership of the power signoff process for complex designs will be a key responsibility of this role.
  • A strong background in developing and maintaining automation scripts using Perl, Tcl, Awk, and Python is essential.
  • Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and leading a team of 4-6 engineers will be an integral part of this position.
  • Effective management of small project teams and ensuring timely delivery are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Excellent communication skills will be required to interact effectively with clients as the single point of contact.

This is an on-site position that requires collaboration and teamwork in our office.
