Job Description

We are building a premium kidswear brand and seeking a Category Manager to oversee apparel categories and drive business growth across seasons.

The Role Involves:
  • P&L & Revenue Management:
    • Owning profitability at the category level.
    • Planning pricing, discounts, and margins aligned with growth targets.
    • Identifying growth levers and monitoring revenue performance.
  • Inventory Planning & Control:
    • Forecasting demand based on data, seasonality & trends.
    • Ensuring healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs & dead stock.
    • Partnering with sourcing & production for timely replenishments.
  • Assortment Strategy & Sales Planning:
    • Building collections that align with customer demand & brand identity.
    • Planning product mix across price points, characters & collections.
    • Tracking SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Working with design on seasonal directions & briefs.
    • Collaborating with marketing & e-commerce for launches & visibility.
    • Sharing insights and reports with the team & leadership.
