Job Description:
We are looking for a talented individual to lead the development and execution of our fresh produce portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both vegetable staples and fruit categories, with expertise in category strategy, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth plans across vegetables (onion, garlic, potato, tomato) and fruits (apple, orange).
- Track price trends, international trade flows, and customer demand patterns.
- Define assortment strategy (varieties, pack sizes, sourcing regions) for each category.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or MBA (preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in F&V category management, commodity sourcing, or modern trade supply chains.
- Prior exposure to staples (onion, potato, garlic) and fruits (apple, citrus) will be a strong advantage.
