Job Title: Market Mix Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Market Mix Modelling professional to lead our team in developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, marketing strategy, and objectives.
  • Business Challenge Analysis: Analyze client data to identify key drivers of performance and design customized modelling approaches.
  • Result Translation: Translate analytical results into strategic recommendations for media planning and budget allocation.
  • Modelling Development: Develop and validate Market Mix Models using econometric/statistical tools.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze historical media and sales data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Scenario Analysis: Provide scenario analysis and media optimization insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Integration: Integrate model results with other measurement approaches such as MTA, digital attribution, or brand health tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics).
  • 8-10 years of experience in Market Mix Modelling or related field.
  • Strong understanding of econometric and statistical tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
